A small private foundation created and funded by Kameel Nasr dedicated to science and the arts, with an emphasis on combating climate change through small grants. The foundation is especially interested in funding research into Greenhouse Gas Removal, taking CO2 and methane out of the air, which we need to do to prevent even more catastrophe. Because Kameel is an avid bicyclist and gardener, he likes infrastructure and forestation solutions, as well as novel scientific approaches.

We don’t have a formal process for people to apply for grants—we’re small. Send us a proposal. You need to be a non-profit or are part of a non-profit such as a university. Tell us your project and goals.

As part of our arts involvement, the Foundation also sponsors interviews with authors, which you can see on the NEW ENG:AND AUTHORS page or on YouTube.
